The terms you accept when you create an AICall account or use the API.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account, clicking “I agree”, or using the AICall.pw service, web app or APIs, you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the service.
2. The service
AICall provides a hosted AI voice-agent platform — answering, qualifying and acting on phone calls — delivered via our web app and APIs. The specific features, call volumes and integrations available to you depend on your plan.
We continuously improve the platform and may add, change, or discontinue features. For material changes that reduce core functionality, we provide reasonable advance notice.
3. Acceptable use
You are responsible for how your AI voice agents are configured and for every call they place or receive. You agree that you will not:
- Place unlawful, deceptive, or harassing calls, or impersonate any person or organization without authorization.
- Violate any applicable telemarketing, consumer-protection, recording-consent or privacy law, including TCPA, TSR, GDPR and KVKK.
- Use the service to deliver emergency, medical, or life-safety services as a substitute for qualified human responders.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the platform, or interfere with other customers’ use.
We may suspend agents or accounts that we reasonably believe violate this section, with notice where practicable.
4. Plans, billing and taxes
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual billing receives a 20% discount. Usage above your plan’s included volume is metered and invoiced monthly as overage.
Fees are exclusive of taxes; applicable VAT, KDV or similar taxes are added where required. Invoices are due on receipt unless your order states otherwise. Late or failed payments may result in suspension after notice.
5. Free trial
A 14-day free trial is available to new accounts. No credit card is required to start, and you may cancel at any time during the trial at no charge. Trial usage may be subject to fair-use limits. If you do not select a paid plan, the account is paused at the end of the trial and your data is retained for a limited period before deletion.
6. Your data and ownership
You own the data you bring to and generate on the platform, including call recordings, transcripts and contact records (“Customer Data”). We process Customer Data on your behalf as a processor, solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Addendum.
You can export Customer Data at any time. On request, or after account closure, we delete it within a commercially reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations and routine backup cycles.
7. Service levels
We target a monthly uptime of 99.9% (99.99% for Enterprise plans), excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control. Where a binding SLA applies to your plan, service-credit remedies are described on the SLA & Uptime page and are your sole remedy for downtime.
8. Confidentiality & security
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with at least reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms. We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the service, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls, as further described on our Security page.
9. Termination
You may terminate at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate for material breach of these Terms that remains uncured 30 days after written notice, or immediately for unlawful use or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we make your data available for export for a limited window before deletion.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. AI-generated speech and decisions can contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing outputs and configuring appropriate human escalation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will provide notice through the service or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of İstanbul have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Questions? Contact us or email [email protected].
